Dr. Mocja Lorbar received her medical degree from the Medical School of the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. She completed her residency in the Department of Internal Medicine and cardiology fellowship at St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester, MA.
Dr. Lorbar is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, Nuclear Cardiology and adult Transthoracic/Transesophageal Echocardiography. She is a member of the American College of Cardiology, American Society of Echocardiography, American Society of Nuclear Cardiology and Women in Cardiology Section of the ACC .
She is attending physician at Middlesex Hospital, where she performs transesophageal echocardiography. She serves as Director of Echocardiography at both Middlesex Cardiology and Middlesex Hospital. She was recently appointed as Assistant Professor at Frank H. Netter M.D. School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University.
Dr Lorbar provides experienced inpatient and outpatient care for acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.
