Dr. Subramanian Krishnan is a graduate from Madras Medical College, Chennal, India. He served his Residency in Internal Medicine, followed by a fellowship in Hypertension and Clinical Pharmacology at the University of Connecticut Health Center. Subsequently, he completed his fellowship in Cardiology at the University of Connecticut.
Dr. Krishnan is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Diseas by the American Board of Internal Medicine, in Echocardiography by the National Board of Echocardiography, and in Nuclear Cardiology. He has a special interest in the management of resistant hypertension and is a designated Specialist in Clinical Hypertension by the American Society of Hypertension. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology, American Society of Echocardiography and the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology.
Dr. Kirshnan is an attending physician at Middlesex Hospital where he performs clinical consultations, transesophageal echocardiography and stress testing. He was recently appointed Assistant Professor at the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University.
Dr Krishnan provides experienced inpatient and outpatient care for acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.
