Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Connecticut where she graduated with honors. Subsequently, she received a Masters in Medical Science from Yale University School of Medicine. Prior to joining the Middlesex Cardiology staff, Michele worked as a physician assistant in the field of rheumatology and internal medicine. Other experience includes work as a research assistant in the Department of Psychiatry at Yale University School of Medicine where she coordinated an adolescent smoking withdrawal study and also assisted with execution of adult nicotine and alcohol studies. Michele’s professional affiliations include the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Connecticut chapter of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is on staff at Middlesex Hospital as an allied health professional.
