Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland, a Bachelor of Science in Computing from Roosevelt University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lynchburg College. She also earned a Master’s degree in Counseling from Ball State University, a Master’s Degree in Information Management from the University of Southern California, and is a graduate of the Physician Associate program at the Yale University School of Medicine. Kathy has nursing experience in both medicalsurgical and emergency room nursing. Her physician assistant experience includes dermatology, internal medicine, and cardiology with Eastern Connecticut Cardiology, Waterford, CT. Kathy’s professional affiliations include Sigma Theta Tau (International Honor Society of Nursing), American Academy of Physician Assistants, Connecticut Academy of Physician Assistants, American College of Cardiology, and the Heart Rhythm Society. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also on staff as an allied health professional at Middlesex Hospital.
