Kim is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Boston College where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked for four years in Critical Care Nursing before entering a Master’s Program at Yale University, where she received her Master of Science in Nursing, Acute Care Practitioner degree in May of 2002. Kim is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the American Heart Association Council on Cardiovascular Nursing. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is on staff at Middlesex Hospital as an allied health professional.
