Dr. Shani received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his medical degree from Medical College of Pennsylvania. He completed his medical residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, NY where he was a chief resident and his cardiology fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Shani is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular diseases, and is INME certified in Nuclear Cardiology. He is an attending physician at Middlesex Hospital and specializes in nuclear medicine.
