All regularly scheduled visits are by appointment only, Monday through Friday. In addition to our Middletown location, we see patients in our offices in Old Saybrook, Marlborough and Madison, CT.

TELEPHONE CALLS

If your call is of a routine nature, please phone during regular hours when we have access to your records. The receptionist or nurse has been instructed to request the reason for your call, and in many cases, to assist you. When necessary, a doctor is available to respond to your inquiries directly, or to answer questions posed to the nurse or medical assistant.

ON-CALL SCHEDULE

Rotation coverage is provided by the cardiologists in the group for nights, weekends, holidays and vacations. There is always a qualified cardiologist on-call, although it may not always be your regular doctor.

PRESCRIPTIONS

For prescription renewals, please call us weekday mornings, or take your drug container to your pharmacist and they will call us if there is any question or problem.

Weekend renewals are only possible in an emergency. Call:

To better monitor your medications, we will fill them for one month with five refills. We are only able to refill medications if patients are seen on a yearly basis. Please make sure that you call to schedule an annual visit if we have not seen you in the past 12 months.
