We are pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached between Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Middlesex Hospital. As a result, Middlesex Hospital will continue on as a participating provider thus remaining available to all our Anthem patients. As we stated earlier, the contract negotiations were between the Hospital and Anthem; the contract between Anthem and Middlesex Cardiology Assoc. was not affected. Nonetheless, we are pleased to see the relationship and commitment between Anthem and Middlesex Hospital continue on.
